We are so blessed to have this gal in our lives. She is our babysitter. She is amazing. She will turn 16 very soon too! Last weekend was homecoming and I wasn’t able to make it to the event for pictures b/c of other sessions so mom brought her over this evening and we took some amazing images of her. Here is a little peak! I will have the rest out soon. Thank you for all you do for us. You are like family and we are blessed to have you. I have a super busy weekend (wedding tomorrow with what looks like BEAUTIFUL weather and two sessions Sunday) so there is more fun stuff on its way…

The weather was beautiful Sunday afternoon. “K” & “M” met me in front of the church they will be married in next April. It is being renovated right now but when it’s finished they will have a beautiful wedding and I can’t wait to capture it. I met them for the first time at our session and we hit it off! We walked the streets around the church and found these great spots to capture this time in their life. They are so in love. They are smitten with each other and the images show it. As I mentioned in an earlier post we found their date in a parking lot and had some fun with the it. These images will make a great save the date card!!
Thank you guys for walking the streets with me! Enjoy a few of my favorite images and a few more HERE! I can’t wait to see you again next year. I am excited b/c we are going to do a bunch of the pix a few days before the wedding so they can enjoy their day! I have never done this before so it will be great. It will be a mini bridal session with the groom, their maid of honor and best man. It will be fun!

Love the sun flare on this image!!!

Here is another peek from another session this past weekend. These two are one! I have been with them since birth and we had our last session this past weekend. I shouldn’t say last session b/c mom already asked me if she needed to book their next session (she knows how crazy my schedule gets!!). I told her we had a little time:). So the session started off with a bang. As they pull up mom says she needs to change the little gals diaper b/c she was making grunting noises on the way over. Well, to our surprise she had a VERY big mess and mom didn’t bring extra clothes. BUT as you can see we made do and the images still turned out great! I am tyring to spare you the details but you can guess what happened. Thank goodness it was a warmer day b/c the tights were lost and thank goodness she had a dress on b/c it covered the rest of the mess (that was all over her back!). Lesson learned… always bring an extra set of clothes just in case!!
So we headed out through the park. The kiddos were so good and we got some great stuff. I just love hanging out with these guys. I have gotten to know them over the year and they are just a joy to be around. I can’t wait to see how these two grow the next time I see them!!
Enjoy a few of my favorites and a few more HERE! Thanks for a great session you guys!

It was another beautiful fall morning. Batman and Robin were ready to go:)! You are probably thinking what?!?! Yes, sometimes we play games or make believe at our sessions. This little guy wanted to be batman and so batman he was! I took him out first and we played with leaves, made leaf hats and hung out in his front yard and that is when he told me he wanted to be batman. Then his little sister came out (she is only 5 months old and sitting up AND crawling!… watch out mom and dad!) and mom thought she could be Robin. Little “C” agreed so we had our little make believe game going on and it was so fun.
Yes, if you have had a session with me you know what I am talking about and if you haven’t had a session this is how they typically go with little ones. It’s the best way to get them to smile, relax and have fun (and I get to be a kid for a small period of time!!). Mom even said to me during the session… you are so good and I can see how you could get worn out. Well, she knows me pretty well b/c we spend our Monday mornings together in a bible study at church. She gets to hear all the fun stories about some of you and all about my job which I LOVE! And speaking of love… I just love this family so check out their sneak peek of some of my favorite images and a few more HERE!

I said mom and dad…. kiss and both the kiddos puckered up….. to CUTE!!
