Luke | newborn session

It might have been chilly outside on Sunday but inside this home (another one of my favorite families) was a little guy waiting to make his first modeling debut! And a debut he made (along with his two older sisters). Mom had done exactly what I told her to do. Make sure the house is warm (we may sweat but the baby will be cozy). Make sure he is fed right before I get there so he has a full belly. When I got there I got my things ready, warmed up a blanket with a heating pad (make sure you turn it off before you lay baby on it) and walla we had a wonderful session. The little guy slept the entire time. I had a feeling he would b/c he was born at 35 weeks so this was really his 36th week of life. But for being so small he was the perfect little guy. He even let his sisters hold him, grandma and mom during the session without blinking an eye. NOW you will see a shot below with his eyes open (I LOVE IT b/c it was the ONLY ONE I got of his eyes) but don’t let looks deceive you, he was dreaming and they popped open for me for a sec.

Thank you for letting me come at his early age. Newborns are best two weeks and below b/c they are still in the molding, sleepy stage and they let you work with them without much of a fuss. Enjoy a few of my favorites and a few more HERE!. I will see you guys again this fall when he is 6 months old!!

newborn (8 days old) sneak peek

This afternoon I had a newborn session with a little guy who was born at 35 weeks. He was so good and quite the little model. There are more images and a cute story to come. I love the one with his plane blanket. His room wasn’t quite done yet since he was a month early so we brought the planes down to him. So cute! I have another newborn this Wed, an 8 month old and an engagement session Sat and then a 1 year old on Sunday! Stay tuned for more fun images….

My sites are ALL CLEAN! Google has un flagged me!

This is not the fun news I will share with you soon BUT this is GOOD news. My sites are all CLEAN. I am no longer a threat to anyone. You can use any browser now to access my sites. If you are just joining the blog I was hacked and some of my back end scripts were re-written. Google got wind of this and flagged me as a malicious site. Well, the scripts were cleaned up and now google had a chance to review my site again and I am back to NORMAL!

I still have some exciting news but it will all come in due time…

Will | little ones

This little guy did not want to make his 6 month debute Sat. It was nice enough to go outside so his big brothers and I headed out for a few shots while mom and dad tried to sooth the little guy. He is a very happy baby until the big black camera arrives. I think it scared him a bit but despite all the fuss we got some amazing images to document this time in his life. Not to worry mom and dad, there are plenty to choose from. When this happens (with a baby you just never know what you are going to get) I just hang out and capture the life going on around me until baby gives me a moment to capture. Some of these images were just that… the one second he wasn’t crying. We still had a great time and I can’t wait until Sept when he is one!!

Thank you guys for another great session. Enjoy a few of my favorites and a few more HERE!!
