Also, this BEAUTIFUL piece of art arrived at my home today. If you are going to get a canvas get a big one! They ROCK! To show you the actual size I had my little gal stand beside it. There is also plastic still wrapped around the image since I will be shipping it soon! (D – I can’t wait for you to hang this in your home!!).

My new blog site is almost done! As you can see there are changes and there will be a few more to come! This will be a one stop shop now. I am saying goodbye to my website and this will be the new blog site!! Everything that was on the website will be added to this site. I am super excited about the change!!

April 29th, 2009my baby is 5!

Last weekend besides shooting a wedding my baby turned 5!! We had a HUGE party with family and friends and it was a success. My hubby made a race track for the kids to race cars since we had a hot wheels party, hot dogs and chips were served in the pit and cake and lemonade was had by all. We had so much fun!!

Here are a few of my favorite images from the party! Friends and family I will send the slide show out soon!!

For starters – my boy is not a fan of the camera (I wonder why????????) – we are heading out next week for an official shoot!! The Lord needs to give me strength on this shoot :) .

Last Sat I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful couple. They were a BLAST to shoot b/c they were up for anything. We drove to several locations for some AMAZING images. Here are the rest of the images of one of my favorites families. They are one of my fav’s b/c we go all the way back to kindergarten!! That is right. Jen and I have been friends since kindergarten and I think the world of her. Their little gal is 8 months old now and we had a great time last week. As you can see she was all smiles. All we had to do was mention a little “peas please” and she lit up. I love it when all it takes is a word for a little ones eyes to light up. She also lights up at the sight of dad or mom and she liked peek a boo (so do I so that one worked out well!!).

Here is a little peek of another little cutie I captured last weekend! Since I was under the weather I am playing catch up on my editing. Jen, here are a few images until your full sneak peek is out early next week (and this is only the beginning of the cuteness!!). I am shooting a wedding tomorrow then there is a birthday at our house so the weekend is packed full of fun. More to come!!
