You have seen them before. I have been photographing them since little Drew was in his mommas tummy. Now he is 18 mths old and a force to be reckoned with. Let’s just say he was running the entire session. Where he went we went and he went running. I love capturing this family. They love each other so much and it’s so evident in their images. They have a great sense of style and are so easy to work with. My type of style is not your traditional sit down and pose style. I love capturing life as it happens. I love it when you show up just as you are and we can share life for a while and capture it as it happens! It was so good to see you all again. Enjoy a few of my favorites and a few more HERE in your sneak peek slide show.

Another fabulous Kansas City evening. Another fabulous KC senior! I have photographed this family for years and now this guy (the heart throb of the family) is a senior this year. He will be graduating early and will head off to the marines in Jan. so we we had to let him leave in style! I just love you guys! You are always so much fun to be around. I love laughing with you and sharing life. Enjoy a few of my favorites below and a few more HERE in your sneak peek slide show.

Last week I met this family downtown for some family images. At first the kids thought they were doing a “typical” portrait session where you all sit down and snap a picture then leave. Well, that was far from what happened and they had a great time. Normally, a family of 6 can be a lot of work but these guys were so easy and great listeners! Sometimes families with more kiddos will take a little extra time b/c you are working with so many kiddos but the older siblings helped out the younger ones here and it went so smooth. It was so nice to meet you guys. I can’t wait to design a fabulous Christmas card with some of these images!! Enjoy a few of my favorites and a few more HERE!

This session was the last from my hometown visit and isn’t she a cutie! She was super spunky and just a blast to photograph. She knew exactly where she wanted to stand and how she wanted to do it. It was so great! If she wasn’t three I would use her as my assistant she had so many ideas in that little head of hers. Thank you guys for a fantastic session and thank you for your patience on your sneak peek. Things are super busy here right now so I appreciate it! Enjoy a few of my favorites below and a few more HERE in your sneak peek slide show!

August 19th, 2009Alex | senior year 2010
I had a great time again shooting back home with Alex. My relationship with this family started back when I was in junior high. Yep, that is right! Her mom was my P.E. teacher. Then has I grew up we would run the same 10 mile race every Labor Day so I would run into her. Well, her baby is a senior this year and I was so thrilled when I got the call they wanted me to capture her senior year. It was so good to see you again. Thank you for hanging off train cars and playing in cornfields!! Oh, and if I thought her mom was a good athlete, well Alex is the star of the basketball team, volleyball and track team! Have a great senior year and good luck! Here are a few of my favorites and a few more HERE in your sneak peek slide show.
