I love meeting new people. I am so thankful these guys chose me to capture their life right now. We had a great time twirling in the park, blowing bubbles and just hanging out. This was one of those cold spring mornings right before all the heat hit KC and these two little ones rocked the session given the chilly temps! I love the color pop mom added to the outfits, as well as the accessories. Some of you ask “what to wear” to your session. My answer is: be true to who you are, go dig through your closets and find what you LOVE to wear and make sure you accessorize and add color to your outfits. Color photographs so well and adds a little pop to the picture! You can see for yourself below. These are images they will have for years to come. They will cherish these down the road and remember this time in their life and that is what I love capturing for people (those little moments they will remember for the rest of their lives).

I am sure you have heard the saying “One big happy family”. Well, this sums up these guys to a “T”. They are two fantastic photographers here in KC, as well. The images below show it all. They also have another blog where they have started something really great (you have to check it out to see!). I am so thankful our paths crossed a few months ago and we were able to capture each others families. They have three of the happiest kiddos and we had a great time running around in capes made by a friend of theirs (each had a letter on the back with their initial), writing with sidewalk chalk, running in circles (the name of their blog) AND seeing who could stuff the most marshmallows in their mouth (chubby bunnies!!). It was just a great evening with a great family.

Thank you guys for sharing life with us! We can’t wait to do it again. Next time we are heading to the pool with pizza!!
