brother and sister – a little peek!

Last night I spent an hour with these two downtown (my favorite place to shoot!) and WOW we got some great stuff. I had to post a little peek for mom since it will be a little while before I get their entire sneak peek out. Enjoy! These two are just kids too…can you believe it?!?!? I had to keep reminding myself they weren’t seniors:)! Just wait until their senior years (a few years from now). I can’t wait to see how much they change…. they are beautiful! I think I have another baby sitter too (I love my job for this reason too… I find GREAT sitters!!).

2 years old

WOW! That is all I have to say about this little girl. She melted me. She is two years old and you would have never guessed it. She danced for me, played peek a boo and just took our session in. This is when images are fabulous… when kids are kids and you just follow them around and capture them in the moment. I love my job! I love capturing moments like these.

Thank you guys for an amazing session. Thank you for letting me capture little “S”. She is precious!

Enjoy your images and slide show HERE!

mom + son = fantastic session/ a message from Jamie

Here is another one of my Great Bend sessions and wow what a fun pair these two were. We met at the Convent in GB and had fun running all over, jumping off bridges and just hanging with mom. Thank you guys for a fantastic session. It was nice to meet you. I look forward to putting together a fun collage for you with these images.

Enjoy your slide show HERE!

On another note…..

CHRISTMAS… did I say CHRISTMAS???? Yes, it will be here before you know it. If you want to take images from any of your sessions this year and put them on a custom designed card (by me!) we can do that! Cards are all unique and I will design a style that will work for you. OH, and don’t forget if you place your prints orders within the first 30 days of your online proofs being released you receive FREE REPRINTS! These make great gits! You can keep one for you and give the other away. The free prints are only on images sized 3.5×5 – 12×18. Larger sizes, custom cards, books, albums and canvas/art prints do not apply.

There will be more to come regarding the Holiday’s so stay tuned! I have a few people mixing it up this year and doing Halloween cards (so fun!) and some are waiting and doing Valentine cards b/c their session falls really late this year, but still it’s a great idea. New Years is another way to send your well wishes too!

One last thing…. I am sad to say I am booked for the year. I thought I should post this b/c I am turning people away right and left (and that makes me sad). I really want to fit all of you in, but my life doesn’t allow it. I will be taking the ENTIRE month of Dec OFF to revamp the business and to spend some much needed quality time with the fam. I have 2 sessions booked already but that is all I will book this year. If a month of your baby package falls in Dec I will still capture your little one:). I already have 6 sessions booked in Jan and a few next spring. If you are thinking spring sessions 2009 or senior sessions 2009 call me this winter b/c those sessions will fill fast. Thank you for all your interest in my work!! I am truly blessed to have the job I do and to share life with all of you.

18 months old!

You have seen her before. She has been on my blog since she was 3 months old. Now this little gal is 18 months old. Time sure does fly. She was pretty somber this time but we managed to pull out her expressions. I think mom and dad have a pretty laid back gal on their hands. We went to the Art Institute and she had so much fun running all over and exploring the new environment. It was so fun to hang out with you guys again for the morning.

Thank you guys again for a great session! I will see you in Jan for her 2 year pictures. Enjoy your images and slide show HERE!

brothers

When I met these two little guys I knew our session would be fun! All sessions with little ones are different but the same. They are different in that you never know what you will get with moods, expressions and how they will act when I bring out the big black camera and the big GLASS that attaches to it (the lens). They are the same in that they are all so fun b/c I just love hanging out with any child. I love that I never know what I will get until I arrive and when I arrived at this home one early Friday morning there was the cutest little blonde and adorable little red head waiting to meet me.

We decided to head to a park down the street from their home b/c when you shoot early in the morning you don’t have to deal with Mr. Sun directly and you get great light from him!! We played on the slide, climbed the play equipment and tried to get a few shots by a fence. We had a great time and I enjoyed every second of my time with these two little guys.

Thank you for a great session! Enjoy your images and slide show HERE!
