This is the best time of year when the cool air peeks in at night. The days start getting shorter. The leaves turn crisp and fall from the trees and lots of pictures are taken to capture moments in time we can not get back. Moments you will look back on and smile or moments that may leave a tear BUT all those moments are important AND I can’t wait to capture many of them in the next few months for some of you! I am going to try (I have said this before) to blog more out here but if you are dying to see all of those moments “friend” me on facebook b/c sneak peeks come after every session :) . Yes, the images on facebook don’t do our pictures justice like a print does or even the way the blog represents them but it’s a fast place for a quick sneak peek. If you know me my life is pretty much an open book so I don’t have a business page just the friend page and I would love to meet you!

A post isn’t complete without an image so I will leave you with a couple from part of our trip to Seattle (where the air is cool all of the time). I will post our entire vacation soon!

Summer is here! I love everything about summer. I love the pool, kids being home from school and just the relaxation it brings from the hustle and bustle of life. I am flexible Sept/Oct/Nov and will have a new work schedule during the fall since BOTH of my kids will be in school this year all day starting mid August. This summer I will post my fall shooting schedule.

Hello all of you who follow my neglected blog! It’s winter and a time for me to reflect, see what changes need to be made, attend workshops to better my skills and revamp for 2011!! I am working on a new online ordering system “red cart” that I think you will find SUPER easy to use. I can’t wait to get it up and running. I have new inspirations for this year and can’t wait to try them out this spring/summer when the shooting really starts up again. I am going to work with a few more labs this year to offer MORE to you in terms of products! Let’s just say 2011 is looking to be a FANTASTIC year and I can’t wait to share it with all of you. My goal is to keep you updated with new pix, news and me!

On another note, I will be heading to Imaging USA in Texas this weekend through part of next week! I am super excited for this learning experience and to connect with so many of you I have been getting to know through facebook and all the social media we have at our fingertips these days. With that said, I will be out of the office Friday afternoon through Wed. Jan 19th. I will return all voice mails/emails at that time.

It is cold here in KS and with the cold comes snow every now and then and with the snow usually brings SNOW DAYS! Yep, we had two this week so we headed out for a little sledding. Enjoy!
