I miss those girls"This evening I captured a wedding for Steve and Kay. It was beautiful, simple, small and just a lovely evening. I can’t wait to post a full sneak peek but wanted to let them see an image before I left town.
I will be leaving for CO tomorrow and returning late Sunday. I am super excited to meet Paula and Mike (the wedding I will be shooting in July). We will be shooting their engagement session in CO and I have two portrait sessions, as well! Lost of fun stuff coming up!

Our little guy just finished his last soccer game this week. They received medals (and juice boxes). I had to throw that in there b/c every time we talk about getting medals Kate throws in there…and juice boxes mom…. she won’t let you forget ANYTHING (this is why we love her so). Well, of course we had to take pictures and can you guess who the photographers children are in the pictures??? My friend Sarah has a daughter on the team so it’s nice to have another photog around when it’s picture time (see I am in a picture!!). This is such a fun time in our lives!! Enjoy!

Also, this BEAUTIFUL piece of art arrived at my home today. If you are going to get a canvas get a big one! They ROCK! To show you the actual size I had my little gal stand beside it. There is also plastic still wrapped around the image since I will be shipping it soon! (D – I can’t wait for you to hang this in your home!!).
My new blog site is almost done! As you can see there are changes and there will be a few more to come! This will be a one stop shop now. I am saying goodbye to my website and this will be the new blog site!! Everything that was on the website will be added to this site. I am super excited about the change!!
Things have been slow out here this week b/c I have been sick! I have bronchitis (am slowly getting over it.. AMEN). The meds are working and the rest is helping! My voice finally came back today. This is a good thing b/c I sounded very funny! I have a lot of sessions to post and sneak peeks to get out and hope to get some of them out here soon. I have the best clients in the world too. They completely understood my tardiness this week and didn’t complain one bit. Love you guys!!
On another note, some of you have inquired about the change in my website. You can’t access the images. Well, there is a reason for this. It’s a GOOD reason and in due time you will know why. Good things are coming and changes are taking place. I can’t wait to share them with you! My calendar and pricing in not accessible right now so if you have questions you can still contact me through my website front page. The newness will be up and running soon and it’s going to be FABULOUS!!
A post isn’t complete without an image! Here is a 1 year collage I did for the end of a grow with me plan. What a cutie!!
Today. It was a great day! I had a baby & grandma session this morning. I swap kiddos with a dear friend of mine every other week so it was her turn to have the kiddos for a while today. I got a run in. I got some work done. And this evening I got to watch my little guy play soccer (with some of his good friends). One of them turned 5 today so we celebrated with ice cream after the game. It was a good day!
Below are two images. One is the little gal and her grandma. You saw her 3 month pictures out here about a month and a half ago and grandma is not from here and wanted a session with her so we did that this morning (more on that when the full sneak peek is out). The second image is of my two little ones after the soccer game. I turned around in the car and this is what I saw…. I just love them. I love how they are best buds. I love how they LOVE each other and LOVE life. They are so sweet sometimes and this was one of this sweet moments.
