Yes, it’s quiet around here after busy season. I am shooting a little and enjoying the downtime. As most of you know in the photography world we go through seasons of busy and seasons of “non” busy which is good for us since our busy is extremely busy. I am working on updating the business documents, a new online ordering system and a new blog site!!

All exciting things which I hope to release soon! I hope you are all enjoying the season of life you are in right now. I can’t wait to see some of you again this year and meet some new faces. I am starting to fill up for spring 2012, so contact me soon if you want to get in front of my camera. I would love to capture your season!!

A post is not complete without a picture so I will leave you with the twins I captured this week. Enjoy all of their newness. I love how the little guy on top had to have two diaper pins to keep his diaper closed and his little sister was so tiny it only took one in the middle.

I knew this wedding would be spectacular b/c Stephanie and Charley are spectacular! From the minute we parted from our bridal consul the friendship began. They booked me, we shot their engagement session and shared life! The images below tell the story of their FABULOUS day!! They were surrounded by wonderful family and friends, an amazing Oct day and they will always hold a special place in my heart. The love they share is evident. I know the Lord has amazing things planned for their family and I can’t wait to see what it is. Thank you for entrusting your wedding to me. Fall is in full swing around here!! That means late night editing, coffee in the afternoon and shooting lots of FABULOUS sessions (and weddings!!). Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting Bri. Yep, I adore this family! I have been capturing them for years now and every year it gets better . The kids keep growing and it’s so exciting to see how much they change over the year. They get taller, smarter and grow some really good listening ears (wink). Don’t get me wrong, I love those little ones but as they grow we seem to have more fun together b/c we can understand each other and from the looks of it below they can understand each other . I just LOVE these two little people (and their family). The little peanut on the top just turned 6 months old (can you tell she is so HAPPY about it) and the little peanut on the bottom turns 3 in a few days. We had a fabulous time on Friday morning capturing these moments in time. Enjoy their happiness and we were blessed once again with a great weather weekend here!

My good friend and fellow photog Carmen Carver and I captured our famous hair stylist and her family a week ago. They were troopers for it being one of our coldest mornings before the warm front last week!! Thank you guys for a wonderful session. We had a blast hanging out at the football field with you guys!!
