July 15th, 2010Tara + David | we did!!

They met 10 years ago at K-State while on the track team. They dated and then went their separate ways. They never forgot one another and kept in touch over the years. Well, David just couldn’t stand being without her and so after all these years they are married!! Tara + David your sneak peek is ready!! Last Sat you had the perfect day! You guys are so in love and so happy your energy was contagious. I will keep my words short and let the images tell the story. It was an honor to capture your day. Krista and Kevin, I adore you guys!! Words can not describe this day. Simply put it was AMAZING and terrific and beautiful!! I was so honored to be a part of their weekend. The Lord has amazing things planned for these two and I can not wait to see what he does in their lives!! Thank you guys for choosing me to capture your wedding. It was such a special day for everyone involved. I am sorry for not posting sooner. I put a link in the post below this one with your slide show but I am not sure if people were aware it was there. It’s summer. Life is super busy and so I am sorry for the confusion.

June 20th, 2010Happy Father’s Day!

It’s here! It’s the day we celebrate all the dads out there. I love this day b/c I have an amazing dad and my hubby is an amazing dad!! Happy day to all you father’s. My sweet hubby is driving back from the lake, as I type, with my two wonderful kiddos. My father in law and my hubby took them fishing for the weekend (I stayed here to get caught up and shoot a few sessions).

Happy Day!! Enjoy this image from the wedding last weekend in WI. I am getting close to posting their entire sneak peek so enjoy until I can get the rest out here (very soon!!). Here is their slide show!!

I really wish I had words to describe the magic that took place in WI this weekend. Let me just say God is good and knew what he was doing when he joined these two lives. I have a lot of sneak peeks coming this week! I need some rest so I can get to work on them so enjoy the image and a full peek is coming soon!

I can’t tell you how much I loved being a part of this wedding. For starters they were the most LAID back people I have ever met which made for an INCREDIBLE day. They were up for anything and the day was simply amazing. They were married in Manhattan, KS. They met there and will start their new life there. I could keep writing but I will let the images below tell their story. Thank you Christi and Mike for letting me be a part of your day. Your family was truly amazing and your friends made me feel part of the wedding. I love sharing days like this when you get to capture the magic and be a part of it!
