I met Stephanie in college. We were in the same sorority. She was a doll and just a fun spirit to be around. Now after years (we won’t tell you how many) we have run into each other again. We live close, we both go to the same kick class at the gym and just run into each other every now and then. Sometimes we stop and chit chat and at one of those little chats we started talking about my business, her business and one thing led to another and I am now doing a few sessions for her to promote some of what she carries in her wonderland!! Yep, if you need a hat, a belt with rhinestones or a new scarf check out her site Stephanie’s Wonderland. She also has an entire line of pettiskirts, tutus, dresses, princess capes, gloves, butterfly wings, hair clips, headbands, bob bob leggings baby legs and much more!! I am so proud of her!! She is a wonderful mom to two beautiful children and her business has been a huge success since her launch. Stay tuned because you will see more of her stuff later this spring!!

Here he is! One of the cutest little 6 mths old right now. He was all smiles for the first part of our session and then we had to keep him on his toes towards the end but as you can see we captured who this little guy is right now AND that is one cute kiddo (who LOVED his toes!). Yes, I have been slacking on the blogging but we have been busy over here. Spring is near, sessions are being booked, albums are being designed, custom senior announcements are being designed for upcoming graduation and we have been shooting too! To say things have been busy would be an understatement. I can’t leave the blog to vacant for to long so here is here is an adorable 4 mth old I captured last weekend along with a wedding reception. More images to come!!

Speaking of sessions, if you are thinking about a session in 2010 I would love to talk to you! As most of you know we book up fast and I want to make sure you get a spot. I will be doing a couple mini sessions this fall and will let you know more about those this summer (all the details). They will take place on Tuesday Sept. 14th and Tuesday Oct 5th. Vincent | newborn

The newness. The sweet baby newness. This is how I spent my morning a couple days ago. Taking in this little guy and capturing all his newness. Vince is 11 days old and has two older siblings who think the world of him. I wish there was volume on this session so you could hear everything going on around us. The twins were SUPER busy but little Vince was so peaceful the entire time. No peeps were made and I have to say with all the chaos going on around us this was one of my easiest newborn sessions. Newborn sessions typically run 2 hours or more (if the baby is fussy). Let’s just say he was quite the model and I was very impressed how laid back he was with his brother and sister singing and dancing around him the entire time!

I met this guy. He melted my heart and can you believe he is only 11 days old??? Check out those eyes. He was enjoying the camera and we laid him on his belly to get a certain shot and wouldn’t you know it he tried to lift his head up! Yep, he was a very strong little 11 day old baby… there are MANY more to come but I had to leave you with this look.. doesn’t it make you want to reach out and pick him up? Enjoy! More to come…

Valentines Day is approaching fast! My kiddos have their school parties next week so I made their Valentines this year to pass out to their classmates. If you are interested in a heart day card send me a note in the next two days and we can get one for you! I will need to re release your images and will need your two favorite images from your session by Feb 4th.

Stouse Family | life

The Stouse Family could easily be summed up in a few words (well, more than a few but these come to mind)… Amazing, True and down right FUN! We go to church with this family and just love them to pieces! They have two great kiddos and mom and dad who are so in love! Lifestyle photography is my style of photography and in home sessions in the winter are the best! We can’t go on location to capture the story of your life right now b/c it’s to cold to be outside so we do it in your home! I love capturing slices of life that will be remembered for years to come. The images below are little slices of their life they will have for their lifetime. We all have chapters in our life, little stories to tell and I was honored again to capture you guys!
