One of my best friends from growing up is having her first baby! We are both from a small town and now I am here in KC and she is still back in our home town but whenever we get together it’s like time stood still. I just love this girl. We have many memories and I am so thankful for her friendship. I was honored to help throw her baby shower with 3 other friends last weekend. I am so excited she is going to be a mom and a great mom at that!

Of course I had my camera with me and we snapped a few belly shots before the shower and then I captured the shower for her and as a gift we are going to give her a coffee table book to remember the day.

It was a great day! It was great to see old friends from college and we wish you all the best in this new adventure in your life….. Enjoy the images and slide show HERE! Oh, check back beginning of Aug b/c I am heading home at the end of July to capture the new little girl.
