Senior Year 2008

This weekend I had the opportunity to work with “S” and her family to capture her senior images. Yes, this post is a quick one since I just shot her this weekend, BUT she graduates in less than a month and needs her images (now!!). It usually takes me a good 6-8 hours (or more) to edit seniors and I found those hours over the last two days to get these done for her.

It was so nice to meet all of you! Sam had her sisters (and mom) along for the sessions yesterday. We had a great time creating these memories. I love how they all wore bright colors to start with. Colors are my favorite to work with. Now don’t get me wrong, simple and classic are up there too but if you are going to do clothing changes you def need to add some color in at least one of your outfits! It photographs so well and just pops! As you can see in these images… they pop with color! Being true to who you are is most important, though. Wearing what makes you feel good will make your images look fabulous.

You guys were so fun to work with. Thanks for being creative with me! Enjoy your images and sneak peek slide show HERE! Congratulations on all your graduations. “S” have fun at KU next year!

Hi- I just stumbled across your blog through another photographer’s site (Rebecca Peters) and your images are amazing! The color and contrast are so crisp, I love it.
I’m new at the whole photography thing but hopefully my pictures turn out as amazing as yours one day :)
